Key features of My Account

Status: View the status of all your selling activities on WorldofGood.com at a glance.

Tracking: Track your listings in My Account, then visit the eBay Shipping Center to print labels and postage right from your computer desktop.

Feedback: Find all the transactions for which you need to leave Feedback, and view the Feedback you've recently received.

Active Selling: View a summary of the items you’re selling. 

Sold: View your recently sold items, along with payment, shipment, and Feedback status.

Unsold: View items you listed on WorldofGood.com that didn’t sell. You can relist them directly from My Account.

Saved: View the number of watchers and questions for each item, the item quantity, and more.

Take action: View a menu of next steps you can take for each item, including revising your eBay item description, relisting an unsold item on WorldofGood.com, listing a similar item, and converting a qualified eBay-only listing to a WorldofGood.com listing.

Saved (uncompleted) listings: If you start to create a new listing in our basic listing form, but you need to stop working on it before you submit it, WorldofGood.com will save it as a draft so that you can find it in My Account and easily finish it later.

Notes: Enter personal notes, such as reminders that certain items sell quickly, or details to remember when you sell a similar item.

Custom labels: Enter unique identifiers such as SKU numbers, codes, or other text or numbers.

Search: You can search your My Account records using the same kinds of search terms as when you search the marketplace. Learn more about finding items on WorldofGood.com.

Convert: You can bring your eBay listings onto WorldofGood.com as long as they meet the following three requirements: The item is People Positive or Eco Positive; You, the item, or the producer are verified by at least one Trust Provider; You haven't received any bids for listings in Auction format. Note: If you've selected Auto Pay Enabled in My eBay, you can convert qualified multi-quantity listings where part of the quantity has sold.

Relist: You can offer an item for sale again by relisting it. If your item didn't sell the first time, you might want to use a different title, lower the starting price, or add a more detailed item description. If the item sells the second time you list it, you could qualify for an insertion fee credit. Learn more about relisting.

Revise: Once you've listed your item, you might be able to change some details in your listing, depending on the time remaining before the listing ends and (for multiple quantities) whether you've received any sales. If a section is highlighted in gray, it can't be changed.
