About Goodprint
Every choice we make leaves an imprint. Goodprint – the revolutionary new product guide that’s unique to WorldofGood.com – is the way sellers tell buyers how each item on WorldofGood.com embodies and promotes social change values.

From a set of carefully crafted statements, sellers select 3 to 5 statements that apply directly to each item they’re listing. You can search the entire marketplace for items with the exact Goodprint that most matters to you. That way, you can shop for products that match your interests and values.  

Every item listed on WorldofGood.com has a Goodprint, and each listing page has a special section where the Goodprint appears.  

How to shop by Goodprint

On WorldofGood.com by eBay you can search for items that meet your exact Goodprint values in the categories you want. Here’s how it works:

  1. On http://worldofgood.ebay.com, use the Shop by Goodprint section to search for items that match the kind of general social impact you’re interested in: People PositiveEco Positive, Animal Friendly, or Supports a Cause (through eBay Giving Works).  
    Note: At this time, you can’t search by Goodprint in the Categories search field.
  2. On the search results page, narrow your search to one of the Goodprint statements. (You can do this from any search results page.)
  3. Keep narrowing your search to find items with the exact Goodprint you want in the categories where you’re shopping.
  4. Select an item and view its entire Goodprint. Click the Show Details link to learn more about the item’s Goodprint.

Other important Goodprint facts

  • Goodprint only appears on WorldofGood.com listings. However, occasionally sellers mention it in the full description, which appears in the eBay version of the listing.
  • Credibility is key. Sellers should be able to prove the accuracy of any statement they choose. Buyers are encouraged to report any listing if they think the Goodprint is misrepresented or inaccurate.
  • Remember that each statement applies to the product for sale and not to the seller’s own business practices.

Goodprint and eBay

Goodprint does not appear on the eBay version of a WorldofGood.com listing. Sellers who want eBay buyers to understand their Goodprint should include the statements in the Detail Description when creating their listing.
