Vintage Necktie Clutches are made by Trillium Artisans member Lacey Bronson of and Sometimes Y.
These clutches are meant primarily for occasional/evening wear, but can be used any time.
They are made from salvaged neckties, purchased only at thrift stores and other second-hand sources. Lacey prefers to use "ugly" of very-dated ties that today would not be suited to their original use. She uses a new magnetic snap as closure, and a vintage button for decoration.
Add a little retro flair to your look with a Vintage Necktie Clutch!
Each clutch is approximately 8.5" - 9.5" (22 - 24 cm) x 6" - 6.5" (15 - 16.5 cm) with 4.5" - 5" (11 - 12 cm) strap.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the reclaimed materials used, each clutch is unique and one-of-a-kind. This listing is for ONE Vintage Necktie Clutch in Red and Blue. The wallet you receive will be one of the items pictured. Each one is different, but they are all red and blue.

Trillium Artisans is a nonprofit community economic development organization that supports low-income crafters in the city of Portland, Oregon, USA, who create handmade items using a minimum of 50% recycled or reclaimed materials.
After graduating from The Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Fibers, Lacey Bronson created the and sometimes Y line while living in her native Los Angeles and working at a string of "day jobs" - assistant this or that, waitress, housecleaner, petsitter - you name it, she's done it!
In 2006, Lacey left L.A. for the greener pastures of Portland and couldn't be happier. Now, she puts all her time and energy into crafting thoughtfully designed apparel and accessories for people and their homes.
Lacey spends her free time browsing thrift stores and collecting vintage everything. Like most Portlanders she enjoys bikes, hiking, microbrews, coffee, dogs, participating in weird local customs, and seeing local bands play.
Thank you for looking at Lacey's wallets, and please see our other listings for more gifts, accessories, and decor items made from recycled materials. Indie crafts with a green twist!
