The items in this basket were made by various producers; each receive a fair wage for their craft. One producer, Ima Sumacc, created the organic cotton stuffed monkey. Ima Sumacc is a group of women who dedicate their afternoons to develop their knitting skills in the Fair Trade workshop. These enterprising women have created a place which not only houses their production of hand-made products, but has also become a place of important solidarity and sharing.
This fun gift basket contains an organic cotton stuffed monkey (complete with velcro hands for clinging and hanging), handmade wooden toy train with engine, two passenger cars, and caboose, and 5 assorted finger puppets made from organic cotton and/or alpaca.
