There has been so much controversy lately surrounding the safety of water bottles that it's difficult to know what to purchase.
We have come to the conclusion that food grade stainless steel is the optimal material for water bottles. There are no contamination concerns with these bottles (since there is no liner, like in SIGG bottles). And of course, they are so much more eco-friendly than plastic bottles that are simply thrown away after use. With all the latest on BPA toxicity in plastics, as well, stainless is appearing to be the choice for concerned consumers.
LOOKING FOR A SAFE WATER BOTTLE?
When it comes to safety these days, stainless steel water bottles seem to be the best bet. They do not leach chemicals, they are difficult to crack or break, and they do not stain easily and are easy to clean.
Though aluminum bottles have been quite popular, they often use a liner, like the SIGG bottle, so that there are no concerns with the aluminum leaching into the liquid. However, the safety of the liners used by SIGG and other manufacturers is still unsure, and until we can be certain, we have stopped carrying the SIGG bottles in favor of these stainless.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and so we are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price within 14 days, issued as a merchandise credit in our store. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
Simply contact Customer Service to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Department address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice. Once your return has arrived, we will credit you the original purchase price of the item, as a merchandise credit, to use in our store at your convenience. We also offer refunds on returned items that are still in unopened, unused, undamaged condition. Please follow the same steps listed above should you need to return an item. Refunds are only offered within 30 days of the original purchase.
PACKAGING
We reuse all of the packaging materials that our products arrive in from our distributors. We also use USPS Priority Mail shipping boxes, which are certified Cradle-to-Cradle- a certification that guarantees their sustainability and minimal environmental impact. We hope that you, too, will find a use for any shipping materials that are still in usable condition.
