*Any item received in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags on) will be accepted for return or exchange. Defective items are an exception.
*Items sent to us that do not meet our criteria, or have not been given authorization, will be shipped back to the customer at his expense.
Procedure:
*Return/exchange requests must be made within 10 business days by contacting one of the following: customerservice@cottonfieldusa.com, 888-954-1551, or faxing 677-787-8112.
*Once you receive authorization from us, please mail product back to Cottonfield at PO Box 1386, Brookline, MA 02446. Include a copy of your original invoice and authorization number if possible.
*Shipping fees- Cottonfield is not responsible for expenses incurred when returning or exchanging merchandise, except in the case of defective items which will be replace and sent back to customer at no additional shipping charge.
