If you are not satisfied with a Mad Imports product a refund or exchange will be issued for merchandise returned in its original condition within 14 days. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. Returns can be shipped, at the customer’s expense, to Mad Imports 262 Court Street, Suite 3 Brooklyn, NY 11231. Mad Imports will replace any bag with a manufacturing defect but not as a result of wear and tear.
