The Wiñay artisan workshop in Cochabamba, Bolivia is a grassroots organization whose goal is to provide income for community women. While the women work on-site creating ceramic ornaments, their children are fed and supervised in the center's day care unit. Artisans make about 10% more than the average government job. These peaceful doves are 2" high and 3.5" wide, made of smooth, creamy white ceramic. Beautiful!
