Use at least once a week by applying to damp skin, gently rubbing over your whole body and showering off with warm water. No need for body lotion afterwards! I recommend stirring with a spoon before use - the scrub doesn't contain any synthetic emulsifiers that bind the ingredients together but could have an irritating effect on skin (itching, redness etc.).
The scrubs are for use on body only. Keep away from heat and intenisve sunlight. Close lid firmly after use as this avoids the introduction of water that can cause mould and attract bacteria. Use within 6 months of opening - remember: ours are the freshest skincare products you can buy but no synthetic preservatives means shorter shelf life yet healthier skin!

In general our products are safe as they contain less than 3% essential oils, however it is best to err on the side of caution for the following: pregnant women should consult their physician before using essential oils during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Epilepsy sufferers should avoid products containing rosemary essential oils. Lemon and other citrus oils should not be used before sun exposure as they photo sensitise the skin. Rinse off products are generally less affected than leave on products (i.e. massage oils) for obvious reasons.
Keep out of reach of children & pets.
Do not use on irritated or sun damaged skin (sunburns) and if you suffer from open wounds and cuts. I wouldn't recommend using scrubs if you take steroids as these make your skin thinner and more vulnerable to any kind of exfoliation. Instead try using a very soft goats hair body brush or a waffle cotton flannel soaked with oils. Email me for further advice.
