EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and so we are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price within 14 days, issued as a merchandise credit in our store. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Simply contact Customer Service to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Department address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice. Once your return has arrived, we will credit you the original purchase price of the item, as a merchandise credit, to use in our store at your convenience. PACKAGING
We reuse all of the packaging materials that our products arrive in from our distributors. We also use USPS Priority Mail shipping boxes, which are certified Cradle-to-Cradle- a certification that guarantees their sustainability and minimal environmental impact.
